You are an employee of Superior Staffing. If an opportunity for employment arises as a result of a temporary assignment through our company, you AND the customer must notify us immediately. You will remain on our payroll approximately 520 working hours (unless special arrangements are made by Superior Staffing and our client) retroactive to the beginning of the assignment.
You have signed an agreement to this effect on your application. Our customers have been notified of this policy in writing.
