Short/Long Term Assignments
Contract positions allow you a great deal of flexibility. You will also have the opportunity to work directly with the area's most prestigious companies, view different work environments, demonstrate your skills and gain experience.
Trial-to-hire allows you the opportunity to get to know the company/position in more detail and gives the company the opportunity to see your skills and work ethic prior to hire.
Direct placements allow you to be eligible for company benefits and in some cases, additional compensation (i.e. commission) immediately.
Many of these benefits are also available to you.
Direct Deposit of Paychecks
If you select this method of payment, your paycheck will be automatically transferred to your bank account. This can eliminate waiting for mail delivery each week. Request the necessary forms from your counselor (or download by clicking here) after being placed on an assignment.
$20 Monthly Incentive Bonuses
Earn $20 every month you work at least 150 hours from the first pay date through the last pay date of the month.
$50 Referral Bonuses
After your referral completes 40 hours on assignment, you will receive $50. This applies even if you are not currently working for us. Referred payrollers are not included in bonus program.
* Bonus Hours accumulate as they are paid (pay check date).
You are eligible for VACATION PAY (8 additional hours of pay in your paycheck at your present hourly rate – NO TIME OFF) if you work the following hours in one calendar year.
- 550 Hours - First pay
- 1000 Hours - Second pay
- 1500 Hours - Third pay
- 1800 Hours - Fourth and Fifth pays
